Trojan.BHO.H on Vista-64bit

This one is driving me nuts. I have never dealt with a vista system running 64-bit and a nasty infection. I have removed a lot already but I can not get the "root". I have the system restore disks but I am trying to avoid using them. There is a coupon toolbar that is not turned on in explorer but I can not install it either. I am going to bed since it is 1 AM here, I will check back tomorrow AM.

Bumping again.

I have run Malware bytes both from on the hard drive and from a second computer as an attached hard drive. I McAfee obviously did not catch it so I have tried both Avira and AVG on the second computer as well as the Online version of Trend on the infected computer, the AV software has found nothing. I have also run a-squared on the second computer. It did find a different file then what Malwarebytes has been finding.

Really hoping someone has an approach.
