i have been using malwarebytes for a year now and i tryed to download it to my desktop and it keeps on saying that the application has failed as (MSVBVM60.DLL) HAS NOT BEEN FOUND

can somebody help me ????

Please try installing this from Microsoft.: Service Pack 6 for Visual Basic 6.0

vbrun60sp6.exe is a self-extracting executable file that installs versions of the Microsoft Visual Basic run-time files required by all applications created with Visual Basic 6.0. The files include the fixes shipped with Service Pack 6 for Visual Basic 6.0.

I'm getting the same error messge "MBVBVM60.DLL" not available when installing. I have installed visual basic 6 (installed OK). Uninstalled Anti-Malware using mbam-clean.exe, and reinstalled Ani Malware, performing restarts as directed. I still got the message. I tried to install visual basic service pack 6 but it was unsuccessful. This is getting out there for me, so I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

Well if you can't even install the VB runtime files then you appear to have some other issues going on with your system. You should probably at least scan for Malware and if the system proves to be clean from Malware then you can see assistance in the PC Help forum.
