Basicaly, my work computer is infected with this.

I'm in over my head on this one.

I know this has been covered alot on here, but I can't find an answer specific to the one I have.

I can't run mbam or update in normal mode. I had to download and update from another machine to an external drive and ran it in safemode from the external drive. It found infections the first time around using quick scan, and I removed them, but the infection was still there when I rebooted in normal mode. I ran a full scan again in safemode and this time it didn't find any infections.

I've seen other posts on here with instructions for downloading procexp and RootRepeal.rar, that would alow me to kill the process in order to run mbam in normal mode.

I tried procexp but can't figure out which process to end as it's not named the same thing as the posts I read

I could not get RootRepeal.rar to install.

So i'm stuck.
