Hi,

I cannot delete two infected files (Trojan.Conficker.H) using fileassassin. If I run FileAssassin the following error code occurs: FindRemoteFileHandles returned NULL value. This may affect deletion of file.

The files are in the Home Root of my personal account (no administrative rights) on a Win2000-network.

The most curious thing with this file is, that if I run Antimalware (with a registered corporate license) the files are only found as infected if I run the program not updated (version 3289 from 12/3/2009). With the current update these files are not detected!

What's wrong?

Thanks for your quick help.

Katrin

Welcome Katrin -

(Trojan.Conficker.H) This is a severe infection and I do not think you will remove it with normal programs -

As we don't work on Malware removal or diagnostics in the general forums.
