cannot access mbam website, and mbam can't find anything.

So my pc is definitely infected with something, I just don't know what. Mbam will run, but won't update. I repeatedly get an error code of 732. And when I scan, the quick scan takes over an hour and finds nothing. (normally a quick scan for me is about 10 minutes tops).

Also I can't access the mbam website (I'm currently on a desktop at school). While no malicious activity is taking place on my computer as of yet, I feel it's only a matter of time. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
