Starting Malwarebytes from USB key

My PC is infected by "XP Internet Security 2010", I already have Malewarebytes installed but my internet connexion no longer works, so I cannot update.

How can I start an up-to-date Malewarebytes (renamed mbam.com) from my USB key, and, more precisely, where is the file wich contains the signatures ?
