IP blocked by IP protection

hello, I would like to report a possible problem with a website (www.pctuner.com) on which a friend put a screen capture from his computer.

I can not see the image if I have enabled IP protection, but IP protection off I can see it without problems

This is the address on wich the image is:

http://www.pctunerup.com/up/image.php?src=...Clipboard03.jpg,

and this is the log reported by mbam hen i try to see the page.

18:58:25 Max IP-BLOCK 195.110.124.133.

I don't know if it is a flase positive, can you help me to know?

It's not an F/P I'm afraid. There's a plethora of malicious content across this range.

pctunerup.com itself however, is clean, so if you need access to this, you can use the IP exclusion facility to unblock the IP.
