Welcome to Malwarebytes! Please see: http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=10138 take a look at Section E on down...post back and let us know what your AV program is. Your AV program has to have some Malwarebytes files in its Exception list...for starters.... regards..

EDIT: also let us know if it can complete a Quick scan?
