I do not know if I am in the right place, please bear with me. I am infected I think big time, I am not comp. literate, but I do know some things.

I think I picked up some bad things on a porn site, because I get porn pop-ups.

Everything I do in IE, gets blocked, I guess a blocking program, I am writing this in FF, it doesn't seem to infiltrate FF.

I know what they are after(passwords, etc), because I can only bring up my bank log-ons, which I don't log on of course.

Everything else is blocked, MWAB doesn't pick up anything, Super anti spyware doesn't, I do know it seems like a file called

rundll32.exe

I hope that makes sense.

I always get security pop-ups, even as I type this, like they know what I am doing

I also get something from (softmetalgroup.com)

Help!!

I don't know what else to add, I am nearing the end of my wits.

Thank you very much

Steve

Hi,

Rundll32.exe is a legitimate file and is used to launch dll files.

Can you post the log from Malwarebytes please?

Also, do next please... Please download DDS and save it to your desktop.

  • Disable any script blocking protection
  • Double click dds.scr to run the tool.
  • When done, DDS.txt will open.
  • Click Yes at the next prompt for Optional Scan.
  • Save both reports to your desktop.

---------------------------------------------------

Copy and paste the contents of DDS.txt in your next reply. Do not copy and paste the contents of Attach.txt, but attach it to your reply instead.
