Malwarebytes and firewall

Do i need firewall with Malwarebytes anti-malware or not?

Yes it would be a good idea, along with an Anti-virus software.

Just to add to the reply from Firefox - Your inbuilt Windows firewall will be enough as long as it it activated - Any reasonable (even free) anti virus is enough - I use the Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) antivirus and find it is good enough (not the best, but good enough) -
