Virutal PC with XP mode error

Hello to everyone. Just purchased this wonderful software. I am running Windows 7 Pro x64 and have no problems with MB starting with Windows 7. However, it will not start in Virtual PC mode. I enter the appropriate info in 'Registration' and after I hit 'Register' it confirms with, "Thank you for registering Malewarebytes' Anti-Malware." But as soon as I hit the 'Start Protection' it shows, "Malwarebytes' Anit-Malware Protection Module is now protecting your computer" and when I hit the OK button another message comes up showing, "[Open Event] Failed to perform the desired action. Error Code:2.

Again, it is on the SAME computer but running in Microsoft Virtual PC mode with XP Pro.

Since I cannot edit my post I have posted a reply with more info.

msconfig has it as starting with Windows. Services.msc has it as 'Automatic' but I must manually start it every time.

Tried uninstall and used the app posted here and still the problem persists with the next install.
