I've notified the sites owner that I'm receiving an error accessing her site, her response is that she doesn't see anything wrong. The problem is that I can't tell her what might be wrong only that her site is blocked for me. Is there anyway to find out the reason? The IP address being blocked is 81.169.145.65.
