coupon access for full version purchase

Ive had the free version apprx. 1 week, It's great, however, when I received my registration confirmation e-mail, I was unable to open two attachments (coupons,I guess) What program do I need to open these? (Adobe doesn't work) Also, the link to support result s in an error window (unidentified) .

No matter how I try to access support whether I click, drag, or type the link or support@malwarebytes.org, I get nowhere. That's why I'm posting here.

I'd like to purchase the full version using the coupon... So...whats to do now? Is my Clever Bridge number my coupon number?

PS If you can't tell, I'm VERY new to computers
