MBABService terminates upon boot up

I used the free edition for a while. I liked your product, purchased the pro version and now I'm tortured by it. Just kiddin'. I am however having a problem upon boot up. The MBABService terminates and no matter how I try I can not get it to stay running. I've gone through most of the post on this and here is my info.

I'm running XP Home Edition SP2.

Upon boot I get the MBABService terminated error.

The log says, "00:32:52 (null) ERROR WTSQueryUserToken failed with error code 1245

00:32:52 (null) MESSAGE Protection stopped.

The DDS text is as follows;
