redirections ?

i keep getting redirections from any website or ggogle search results they redirect me to random sites like twitter or stopsign antivirus or avg's website

it all started after i got infected with xp antivirus pro 2010 . i ran the fix exe registry file and removed infections with scans via safe mode with nod32 ,mbam,adaware,spybot

then i got the xp internet security 2010 infection i think from the same site as before but i removed it the same way

i have ran scans with numerous antiviruses (keep switching cause i was still getting infected started with avira>avast. and now nod32) and antispy-malware

they all found different things but i think im clean now (fingers crossed) but i am getting redirections all the time

any advice
