ac elements 2007 free edition

i have it on my laptop and multiple av's that i have alerted me that its malware. Hitman pro first alerted me its malware and i thought its just a false positive but adaware also alerted me that its malware so since more than i security app has alerted me this. Does it mean that its malware and i should remove it?

the name of the program is called ac elements myusbonly. Its a usb blocker that blocks unauthorized use of the usb ports

What is the result from your MBAM Quick Scan - If there is a problem it will show up and you can quarantine it -

You also list "Multiple A/V's" as below - If you have multiple A/V's remove, or disable all but one and then scan with MBAM -
