Rundll32.exe, C:\ProgramsData\nifufugu\nifufugu.dll, The specified module could not be found

A few months ago after getting a trojan and removing it, i am getting the following Runn DLL error messege at starup:

C:\ProgramData\nifufugu.dll - The specified module does not exist

1) I have already tried using the registry key editor to delete the entry but after I delete it and reboot the system the key reapears. Ive done this several times.

2) I rebooted in safe mode 2 times and did the scans again I deleted the registry key in safe mode and this time it seemed to work when i rebooted the messege was gone but i rebooted again and there it was again.

3) I downloaded and deleted several registry cleaners and they all locate the problem or the missing file and they all say they fixed the problem but when i reboot the messege is there again.

Does anyone have a solution to my problem i have tried many many solutions i found online but none seem to work. Please someone must have had the same problem and fixed it. Any support or suggestion would be greatly appreacitated. Thanks

I am using Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit

Amd Athlon 64x2 Dual Core Processor 5000

I downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and it detected one infection it says the following:

Vendor: Category: Items: Other:

Trojan.Agent Registry Value HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\ziyipiwasa (Trojan.Agent) Value: ziyipiwasa

so i select the option to delete it and it says the item was succesfully deleted, then i reboot and scan again and it appears again!!!

Can I ever get rid of this!?!?! Please help!!
