Unable to install updates

Hello- Several months ago I had a root kit virus. That was cleaned with the assistance of this forum. However, I'm unable to install any new updates..I get the message You Must be logged in as an Adminstrator When Installing this Program. I have no admin rights or setup on my PC.

Hello- After reinstalling Malwarebytes I was able to download the latest update. Than I ran the quick scan it found no malicious items. Thank you-
