Can't stop rebooting, Rootkit.tdss

I won't bore you with the dumb thing I did. :) Long and short as soon as I hit the .exe file the computer rebooted then it went on this reboot cycle just after the BIOS comes up, gives you options safe mode etc then reboots.

I loaded windows on an extra disc i had and tried to follow the directions in the removal post.

Malwarebytes removed:

Backdoor.bot,

trojan.downloader

rootkit.tdss.

The recommended anti virus removed a few others. Thought I was good to go but just keeps rebooting. I should also say that when I run windows off my other disk I am not able to connect to the internet. My Ethernet and wireless can't get started and all by cd/dvd including USB are also dead.

If someone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
