After a very lengthy restart, a few of my startup progams says different errors and i get a run-time error 372 faild to load control 'vbalgrid"...

i skip past this and i get the lower task bar but no desktop icons... and almost everyting will not work including copy paste etc.

I tryed to copy a another copy of malware to pc from flash drive but having problems getting the drive to show up.

Hi,

1. Download RKill

Save this file to your Desktop.

Now double click on the file, and follow the instructions given.

2. Please download HijackThis

  • Save HJTInstall.exe to your desktop.
  • Double-click the file then click the Install button.
  • The file will be extracted to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe
  • A shortcut for future use will also be created on your desktop and the Intro Frame of HijackThis will open.
  • Accept the disclaimer.
  • Click Do a system scan and save a log file. Copy the entire contents of that log and post it here.
