I need urgent help with the malwarebytes program

After running the scanner ( I ended up doing so 3 times) but on the 3rd time it was

after I fully registered.. figuring the reason I could not quarrantine anything was

because I had not registered. So, I registered.. and ended up running this

for the 3rd time.. a full complete scan taking upwards of 50 minutes. I have

infected files 17 of them. WHY can I NOT use the tabs at the top to quarantine

and or remove these files? the tabs at the top do nothing.. after the scan..

what is the problem? I paid the money through paypal to get this so I could

finally have some relief with the slowups on the computer. please someone help!

WHAT IS THE NEXT PROCEEDURE AFTER SCANNING?? I WANT TO QUARRANTINE

THE INFECTED FILES BUT THE TABS ON THE SOFTWARE PROGRAM WONT CLICK.
