Exclude List

If you choose "exclude all" it remains exclude all every time you close and reopen the program, even if you then choose "include all" it reverts backs to exclude all after closing the program. It stays exclude all even after reboot. There is no apply button to save the settings. If I want to open the program and do a scan I now have to remember to enable "Include All".

Is this a minor bug in the program or is it something I am missing.
