I'm infected with Patched-SysFile.a

Hi,

On January 16, three viruses were detected by my McAfee Security Center on my PC. Two were quarantined and supposedly the Patched-SYSFile.a was repaired. However, I have not been able to access internet (although I can get email and can use my latop.) There are moments when the browsers can connect to websites, but Mozilla does not close out properly and runs in the background invisibly. If any search can be made it is redirected randomly. After noticing the aftermath of the infection, I ran Malwarebytes and found nothing additional to be detected. I also ran Spybot and SuperAntiSpyware. OK, I installed Microsoft Secutiry Essentials, as well. And this suspicious file was reported:

C:WINDOWS\system32\driver\9D105t3WF.sys

I discovered the guidance on this that was posted on your site January 9. "I'm infected - What do I do now?, Please follow these instructions to clean your system." Administrator: Advanced Setup. I have followed that guidance and am attaching my logs. Please tell me what to do next!

I am having trouble running GMER. It just drops off. I thought that the screen saver was interrupting it so I turned that off. I turned off all programs that run in the background, like McAfee. The file that shows up red is "\???\C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\(9D105t3WF.sys (***hidden ACC49000-ACC6090000(94208 bytes)" that's all I can see. Above it with a little -> \DRIVER\atapi\Device\Harddisk0\DR0 8A621856.

I will try to get it to complete but I thought I should go ahead and send what I have.

I'd appreciate someone looking over this and helping me with the next step!
