IS2010 Problem - Almost have it gone!!

Hey everyone,

I have been working all day to try and resolve this problem and decided to get some help on here now.

I have had all the same problems as everyone else (errors, green background, random popups), so I ran Malwarebytes and had numerous problems that I removed.

There is one that I cannot remove and its called c:\\windows\system32\drivers\sejgntqt.sys. It tells me that it will delete when i reboot but does not work. I try to manually delete it but get the message "cannot delete sejgntqt: Cannot read from the source file or disk"

I downloaded unlocker and tried to open it with that but did not work.

My green screen is gone, can open task manager, can open system restore, but once I open the internet up it all starts over again.

I feel like if I get this last one removed I should have the virus all gone.

Any help is super appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
