Malware Defense(rogue) got me

So im trying to get Malwarebtyes to work but i cant get it to start after clicking open.

idk if it cuz something happen while installing. Weird thing happen sevral times right at the end of installing when it said "finish Installing" it will take 15-20min to get to the next screen that shows complete

Anyway i try in regular mode and safe mode and Safe mode w/networking. and idk what to do now.. but i really need some help here guys. this is killing me.

(side note) any1 have a Spyware Doctor regstration code i can have please i dont have money to buy it or a card...

all i try to do was download a trail version of Photoshop. and all of this happen..

You don't mention what antivirus you have installed - If you do not have one then download Microsoft Security Essentials as it may be of some help -
