Need help to get rid of torjan

I have a similar problem. Large screeming infection warning. Loaded 1.44 and detected 3 registry infections. All Trojan and one a fakealert . The downloader and helper32.dll were also captured and deleted. HOWEVER, the Rootkit.Agent in Windows\system32\drivers\qirmmu.sys was supposed to delete on reboot. Tried this twice with both Malware and Avast and this file will not go away although I cannot find it by searching.
