tdlcmd.dll and search engine refering infection

Update!

After I restarted my computer for malwarebytes to finish, the tdlcmd.dll was found again, and the whole google links taking me to spyware sites is up again aswell...not to mention world of warcraft's frame rate has halved even though nothing's running in the background, not sure what that has to do with anything...still awaiting a reply, very desprite now..
