google not working~ran OTL now what

Okay I am beyond nuts right now! I got the Internet Security 2010 virus....locked up my computer. We have AVG 8.5 currently installed. I ran this malwarebytes it found the virus and removed it. All was fine and NOW google, and all search engines started to get hijacked last night! I have been lurking around here and ran the OTL....I tried to do that other root thing and it locks my computer up.... PLEASE help me! I run a business from my house and its graphic design I have orders I need to do and I cant lose all this stuff!
