Please Help - Trojan

I'm new here....

This is the latest report I have, I've had problem's in the past were I have run Malwarebytes and then delted all of the infected files, only to find out I deleted an important registry key and my HD wouldn't work.

So I am very weary of deleting files, and although I have removed all below, they are still in my "quarantine" incase I need to reinstate them.

Could someone please tell me if these below, needed to be deleted, or do some need to be re-instated?

Hi Bec, Have a look at my post on http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=36652 I have got all my quarantine still in there, but I deleted the trojan virus, also stopped programs in my startup through msconfig. Then identified which were spyware or virus that malwarebytes hadn't identified yet. Finally I got Windows Defender which found the hijacking. I do hope this helps. I am only a newbie. But so far it is ok with me.

Hello, and welcome to Malwarebytes.org

We don't work on Malware removal in the general forums.

Please print out, read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then post a NEW topic here.

One of the expert helpers there will give you one-on-one assistance when one becomes available.

Hi bec1981

I would follow prairie dogs advice and post in the malware removal forum as you have some serious infections there that need addressing.

Thank you for your reply, I'm not very computer literate, so I'll try my best to follow the instructions.

I'm really worried that something will going wrong and I'll loose everything, and no I don't have a backup. I'm still in the process of trying to get that sorted.

Think I'll make copies of all my photos and doc's and then I'll start the instructions as I've been told.

Sighhhhh!! I hate computers :)
