Help - can't remove Security.Hijack and Trojan.FakeAlert

Can someone please kindly help me with this issue. I have been having this trojan/virus for a while. malwarebytes, kaspersky anti-virus 2010 and a-squared anti-virus 2010 can't remove them. Many many thanks for your help in advance. (can you please walk me through each step i need to take to remove this b/c i don't know much about computer. thanks). i have windows 7 just in case you need to know this. Here is the log:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\PUT2VIDQLG (Trojan.FakeAlert) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

Registry Values Infected:

(No malicious items detected)

Registry Data Items Infected:

(No malicious items detected)

Folders Infected:

(No malicious items detected)

Files Infected:

(No malicious items detected)
