Vista Home: Black Screen of Death + worm, trojans and vundo

Hey guys, I'm just having a crappy couple of days so far. My initial problems were browser redirects and additional spam webpages opening with IE. If multiple pages were open and one was closed, the screen would fade to white and a error would pop up saying IE has encountered a problem and needs to restart. If that was canceled, it would restart again anyway and need to be cancled again. When the page was finally closed, all the other browsers closed as well. Annoying.

I ran Spybot SnD and found nothing.

Ran Malwarebytes and found few things.

Rebooted and then ran SUPERantispyware and was prompted to reboot again.

(incidentally when Spybot caught things that needed to be cleaned on reboot in the past, before the computer had even totally rebooted Spybot would start and run a scan before anything else could be done. I don't know if this is the norm for Malwarebytes and SUPERantispyware as well, but if it is, the programs were stopped before they could do this at start up)

Rebooted with the same issues as before except I was able to close one browser at a time if multiples were opened.

Tried to download MGtools and all windows were closed before the download could begin. Burned MGtools to a writeable CD from a clean PC and then copied the files to the C drive in the infected computer and ran it. Nothing changed.

Ran an online scanner suggested by Majorgeeks and killed a few infections as well.

Re-ran Malwarebytes and found reoccuring and new infections and rebooted again.

Re-ran SUPERantispyware again and rebooted when prompted.

After logging back on as Admistrator I was greeted by a black screen. No icons, no start menu, just the cursor. It's like this on all accounts and even Safe Mode except for Safemode in all four corners.

I was able to get to the Easy Access panel by pushing Shift multiple times, but anything I do in there is closed within 1 to 2 minutes as far as I can tell so far. Any scans, browsing the web etc is closed with no message.

I tried to run the Black Screen Vista fix and the privallages were revoked to run that application.

Safemode with Networking's internet is disabled.

MSconfig not found when I tried to search for it.

The Hijackthis.exe I found inside the MGtools folder had a scan quick enough for me to copy the log and post it here:
