Waited for 48 hrs, but no reply :( Rootkit.Agent still there, need help!

I started this thread almost 48 hrs ago but unfortunately there has not been a reply. I assume that this forum works purely on a voluntary base and that this forum is very busy so I respect that but I see newer posts being answered so I decided to post again.

If someone could take the time to help me I would be very gratefull!
