malware - Antivirus 2009

today my desktop was affected by malware possibly 'Antivirus 2009'. It stopped my McAfee security center and i can no longer start this. I couldn't boot up in Safe mode. When i tried Safe Mode, computer blue screened. So i went to boot.ini and turned on '/Safeboot' and tried to restart. Big mistake. Now i can't even boot windows normally.

1. do you know how i can get out of this situation of bluescreen in Safemode. Right now, i can't even go past the options screen.

2. how to remove this malware. it is putting audio ads in the background

Any help is greatly appreciated.
