I should clarify that all of the IPs in these ranges are blocked. There will not be any malicious activity on any of these IPs.

Can I ask why they were blocked in the first place? Our tech guys want to make sure this doesn't happen again.

They were blocked initially due to their being on a Netelligent range, and malware being spread across the entire range. I felt it best to include the entire Netelligent range due to this.
