Error message when I try to check for new updates

Hi...

Just cleaned a trojan off my pc with malwarebytes and I'm wondering if it's still here. When I got to the "Update" tab in Malwarebytes and click on "Check for Updates" I get a windows error pop up with the following message....

An error occurred. Please report the following error code to the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware support team.

Error code: 732 (2, 0)

The system cannont find the file specified

Anyone have any ideas?
