Internet security 2010

Hi, I'm using windows xp home edition and have recently contracted the fake internet security 2010. I've looked around on the forums and tried a few different things, but it's got me on a pretty tight leash it seems.

I can't open my computer, my network, do any searches for files, or explore my hard drive in general. I'm pretty sure it's deleted mbam.exe so I tried downloading a renamed version of that from the forums, however I'm getting error 707 and it's asking me to reinstall. I've tried downloading the installer from the site, but it seems to be able to restrict certain things on my browser such as search engines and certain urls If there is a mirror download that I wasn't aware of that would be helpful. I've also tried downloading the processexplorer suggested for dealing with fake anti spyware in the FAQ and that url wouldn't load. I'm hoping there is some way around this besides reformat. Thanks in advance.
