Never used Hijack before, but I'm desperate

Hello! I'd appreciate any help with this, I followed the instructions from AdvancedSetup. Please let me know if I need to add anything, thank you so much!!

We use McAfee Enterprise 8.5.0i and I had to run the FramePkg.exe to finally get McAfee to the latest Dat file, which then popped up with quite a few Trojans and some BHOs. I ran a Full scan, found some more buggers and deleted files. I installed Malware Bytes and it found a few more, but haven't been able to purge the last couple. I've included the logs from the McAfee as well as the others. Again any help is mucho appreciated!!
