Malware still infecting system

Hi read the rules and posting a Hijack this log I keep getting reinfected on this PC, it ruined the task manager and system restore tried reinstalling that wont work with sfc /scannow etc. Can't get into safemode but heres the Hijack log, will upload the dds.scr zipped with post.
