malware not responding

Hello supertrip and welcome to Malwarebytes,

What version of Malwarebytes are you using and can you include a developer's log in your next reply?

::Developer Scan::

  • Click on the Start menu and select Run...
  • Click the Browse... button and navigate to the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware folder (typically C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\)
  • Select mbam.exe and at the end of the file path (after quotes), type in /developer
  • Click OK
  • Malwarebytes should open up with a randomly generated string of numbers in the top left of the window. Run a Quick Scan
  • Include the resulting log in your next reply
