Ran Malwarebytes successfully, now computer won't startup

Hello,

I ran Malwarebytes and it seemed to remove all of the malware on my computer. However, now my PC will not boot. After the windosw logo, it goes to the CHKDSK screen and runs CHKDSK. When I hit a key to bypass chkdsk, it does nothing. The computer gets hung up on the 2nd stage of CHKDSK and then restarts again. I cannot go into safemode or to the boot menu. The computer basically shuts down when I try to do either (it's on, but the screen goes blue). HELP!!

Please have a look at the directions here which states the normal procedure for getting help with malware removal. But, as your computer is un-bootable, you will obviously not be able to follow those directions. So please post a NEW topic here and just describe the problem you are having.

One of the expert helpers there will give you one-on-one assistance when one becomes available.

After posting your new post make sure under options that you select Track this topic and choose one of the Email options so that you're alerted when someon has replied to your post.
