Need Help, HJT log and OLT files attached

I seem to have some sort of malware/virus, but I can't find it. This is an XP SP3 machine. I can't run malwarebytes'. I've tried a full uninstall/reinstall. I've tried renaming before running the exe. I've tried from safe mode as well. It will hour glass and then nothing. The HJT log is pasted below and OLT files are attached. Any advice would be much appreciated.
