Need help, malwarebytes won't run & HJT log

I'm having problems running malwarebytes on an XP SP3 machine. Have tried total uninstall/reinstall, tried renaming exe, tried from safe mode as well, but just hour glasses for a couple seconds then nothing. I was able to get HJT running by renaming the exe - log below. Any help would be much appreciated.
