Symantec Disable and google redirect

My symantec has been disabled and my google search on firefox has a redirect, and also I scanned my system with malware bytes and the BITS has been changed and everytime malwarebytes changes it to the correct thing it immediately goes back to the corrupted way, I tried manually to change the registry but it wouldn't allow me.
