Help My Computer

I am not able to run Malwarebytes, Combofix or HiJack This to fix anything. I have a Trojan of some sort but I was still wondering given the limited information (using XP Professional) if someone would assist me?

I'm getting a message saying my computer and all my personal iformation are in danger.
