Need help Mbam doesnt see anything computer having major problems

I have done the "what do i do now" list but have not gotten any responce. Since my last post i have gotten rid of C:\windows\system32\drivers\zascon.sys but now IE8 and Safari are redirected everytime i do any kind of search and adware spyware show everytime after a search is done, and i used defogger to disable and now avast keeps poping up C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\atapi.sys is infected with Win32:Alureon-EU and mbam still does nothing. GMER shows nothing HJT shows nothing. What am i supposed to do now?
