Cant install MB - here's my HJT log

I've tried everything possible that I have found on this forum, but keep getting this stupid 730 error no matter what I do. I've renamed the executables, copied over the ref file from a known good pc. Strange thing is I can get the older version of MB to install and work, but if I update it downloads the latest version and end up getting the 730 error. I've got the wormnetsky virus and it rips the mbam.exe from the program files location during install. I copy over mbam from my USB drive and rename it to something else. What else do I have to do to get this to work? Thanks!
