Hi remixed :D

This detection is normal in Vista and Windows 7 because Microsoft changed the default setting from what it was originally in Windows XP, thus restricting changes to the Active Desktop settings, something infections have been known to do in the past to prevent a user from changing the desktop background. I believe Microsoft did this to actually prevent such infections from being able to hijack the desktop in this manner to begin with. That being the case, in Windows Vista and Windows 7 this detection should be ignored.

I'm sure you already knew most of this, but I posted the full explanation for the sake of any others that might see this thread :D .
