Malware from unknown IPs

I had a serious malware problems made my PC almost dead at workplace.

But, I could barely remove them and protect my PC with Malwarebytes.

I'm using another vaccine software and firewall and removed all file and folder sharing.

Malwarebyes keeps letting me know IPs whenever Malware(Spyware) trying to attack my PC.

I would like to collect these IPs and make Black List.

What I'm getting so far is like followings;

91.212.226.61 (Belgium)

188.40.164.235 (Germany)

188.40.164.234 (Germany)

I'll keep posting IPs.
