Malwarebytes removed virus but can't install antivirus software

Good afternoon,

Malwarebytes removed virus, but now I can't install an anti-virus software nor can I access my Program files.

Maybe not all removed? Also my laptop screen is blinking and when I type in an specific website in the address bar it takes me to a search engine page.

Please help.

It sounds like you are still carrying some of the infection and your scan has not fully removed it - You may require another Full Scan to find it -

If you do not find it then try 2 things - First scroll down to item #7 at the link below and fully Un/re install Malwarebytes -
