search engine redirect virus/malware on my computer

Hi,

My computer recently was infected with a number of malware programs and viruses. I was able to clean the majority of them out by running multiple full scans of Malwarebytes 1.4.3 and Avira Free Antivirus, but the google redirect problem remains. At this point, I am unsure of how to clean this from my system.
